Chrome Productions Helps BecomingX Demystify Success And Help The Next Generation Build The Skills To Succeed

Chrome Productions helped BecomingX, a new learning and development organisation, launch with aplomb.

With the bold mission of creating a world where everyone can realise their potential, Chrome Productions worked with BecomingX co-founders Bear Grylls and Paul Gurney to bring to life some of the stories and insights of some of the world’s most inspiring and iconic people, including Roger Federer, Julia Roberts, and Dame Kelly Holmes.

“From the very outset, when we were approached by Paul, we knew this was going to be a special project to be involved with,” said Joel Mishcon, Founder and CEO at Chrome Productions. “What the BecomingX team have created is exceptional and it is a privilege to be the production partner of this important initiative, working across creative, production and post production. We have been inspired at every stage of this journey and collectively are immensely proud of what the project stands for, and the films we have created to date.”

Initially featuring 16 inspirational films and supported by extensive research, BecomingX sets out to educate, inspire, and challenge the notion of what it means to be ‘successful.’ Featuring the likes of Olympic Gold Medallists, Nobel Peace Prize winners, and Oscar winners, Chrome helped BecomingX interview some of the world’s most famous and inspirational people, as well as lesser-known people from some of the toughest backgrounds imaginable who have gone on to achieve extraordinary things.

“Chrome Productions have been an absolute pleasure to work with from the start. When we set out, people told us this would be impossible. We’re delighted to have truly world-class content that brings our vision, mission, and business to life. This would not have been possible without the help, patience, and professionalism of Joel and his team at Chrome.” – Paul Gurney, Co-Founder of BecomingX

The films form part of an extensive research effort to identify what it takes to succeed at the highest level. After two years of interviews and extensive research, BecomingX presents its findings on the personal attributes of world-class performers, providing an evidence-based model that defines the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and relationships needed to succeed. As well as highlighting the criticality of attributes such as ambition, discipline, and resilience, BecomingX also aims to challenge pervasive belies that outcomes are determined by ‘innate talent,’ luck, and academic performance.
